Department Six is a newly formed company producing limited edition Fine Art Prints of original visuals sourced from the film and TV industry. Using the latest printing processes, the finest archival materials, and drawing on the knowledge and experience of our staff; with our commercial partners in both the Media and Fine Art fields, we are creating a quality product with an emphasis on attention to detail. Throughout the selection process our overriding criteria was quality - the parcel you receive should be a product we can be proud of and something you will truly appreciate.
The result we feel is a fitting compliment to the imagination and talent of our featured artists.
Although our first run of images is sourced from the world of Doctor Who we hope to soon expand the collection to include art and photography from throughout the TV and Film industries. Our aim is to move these images away from being regarded merely as memorabilia and to highlight the very real talent and artistry in their creation. We feel that their appeal can lie not only with a particular show's fans, but also with a wider public looking for a work of fine art to display or collect.
